128. Goldeen. It's a goldfish that isn't gold, or even really orange. It's also not very good.

127. MetapodIf Kakuna didn't exist, Metapod would be a top 50 Mon for me. If the concept of nurturing a cocoon long enough for it to become a butterfly was unique to the Caterpie evolution chain, I would be pumped for it, similar to how I feel about Magikarp turning into Gyarados. As it stands, Kakuna does exist, and it really takes away from the novelty of Metapod's existence, which is really all it had going for it to begin with.

Mystery Cuuuuuuutttttttt ... 126. Nidoran (Male)Because there’s still an identical one, and women are better, so obviously I’m cutting the male.

125. Nidoran (Female): Male has the cooler design, in my opinion, so if its going at 126, I can't let the other get too much further. Purple > Light Blue 4 Lyfe.

124: Caterpie: Bug Pokemon aren't really all that to begin with, and Caterpie just doesn't cut it. Metapod does kinda deserve to get lower then this guy I guess, but not by much.

123: Spearow. Never been a fan of the design, and it attacked Ash in the anime. Only plus is it evolves into Mr. Steal Yo Girl Fearow.

I think the numbering got a little fucked up, so here's the next mystery cut: 122. DiglettHave fun breaking an ankle in one of his little groundholes after you use him. Not worth it.

121. Staryu: I just really can't get heind the design on this Pokemon. Yeah, Misty used it a bunch, ut she also used Goldeen a bunch, so...yeah.

120: Onix. This one just disappoints me in so many different ways. You would this badass rock snake would be awesome right? Well aside from absurdly high defense, he really isn't, and can be taken out rather easily. Boo.

119. Pidgey. Pidgey holds a special place in my heart as the placeholder for its' way cooler final forms, but now is it's time.

118. OmanyteMemes saved Omanyte for about 20 cuts, but no more. Omanyte is just asking to get Solar Beamed with his Water/Rock typing, and there are about 20 better Water mons to use, especially considering you can't get Omanyte until Cinnebar Island, and even then he's about 20 levels behind what you need, and you definitely have a better Water Pokemon because you just SURFED to get there. Plus, Omanyte's design is pretty lame compared to the Kabuto/Kabutops murder spree design, so as the weaker of the two Fossil lines, Omanyte's gots to go.

Been 12 hours since Teresa's cut, sorry Mystery ranker. <3 117. Rattata: Let me put this out there - I think rodents are pretty 'effin cool. Like, Pikachu, Pachirisu, Furret - all cool innovations on the rodent/weasel archetype I adore. Rattata would fit into there, if....well, it innovated at all. It is literally a purple, slightly large rat. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with it, it's just boring for a Pokemon. This falls into the Seel range of "uninteresting designs" but it's somewhat iconic nature has carried it pretty far - but yeah, that needs to end here.
